Message My point is that they only go into determining how much "stuff" you have to combust. While we talk about an engine's "flow", it's not a jet. You're still moving discreet units through, a cylinder-full at the time.

So at any given moment your turbos are blowing into a closed space, which is why you build boost (positive pressure, vs an NA, which only faces resistance to flow).

The whole point of this discussion is that amount of positive pressure doesn't tell you how much air you're actually getting in there, so with different turbos or different condition turbos the same psi means nada.
